Oral-pouch project:From sampling to full line
We deliver packaging solutions across the full lifecycle of oral pouches (nicotine / SNUS / energy / caffeine pouches) – from lab sampling validation to high-speed mass production and fully automated turnkey lines.
(1) Lab sampling:Get the pouch right first
Our own lab is equipped with oral-pouch sampling machines and labelers.After the client sends a pouch sample or spec,We sample first to validate seal air-tightness,Filling accuracy and pouch appearance,Confirm first, then mass-produce – avoiding pitfalls of jumping straight onto the line.
Sampling machine(SK40)Supports 0.4-0.6 g/pouch,Moisture 15%%-30% oral-pouch material,Covers nicotine pouches,SNUS,Energy pouch,Caffeine pouch.
(2) High-speed mass production:Single-lane / dual-lane / one-to-four
The 2026 model is a new-generation single/dual-lane high-speed machine:Single-lane <=300-400 bags/min,Dual-lane <=600-800 bags/min;The 2027 model benchmarks the international tier-1 brand G.D,Dual-lane target <=1000 bags/min. A one-to-four single-lane high-speed packaging line reaches 800-1200 bags/min in the inner-pack zone.,Includes vacuum feeding,Vision inspection,Cartoning,Spray,Integrated capping design.
(3) Outer-pack and inspection: hygiene and precision
Outer zone integrates metal/weight detection,Cache,Top & bottom labeling,Sleeve labeling & shrink,Round-bottle labeling;Vision inspection covers jammed pouches / broken pouches / empty pouches / black spots / stuck pouches,Accuracy 99.5%% and above,Air-blow reject.
Labeling visual positioning accuracy ±0.5mm,Prevent missed coding,Scan anomaly,Ensure top & bottom labels align on the same line.
